Accounts for teenagers 11-18 years of age: In accordance with privacy laws, MedPeds will temporarily disable Patient Portal accounts for patients born between 1993 and 1999 (ages 11-18). Accounts may be re-enabled at the teenager's next regularly scheduled office visit after confirming that the email address on file belongs to the teenager. In the meantime, should you need answers to questions, Rx refills, or appointment requests, please call our office at 301-498-8880.
If you do not have a Patient Portal account - or if you experience difficulties logging on to your account - please see one of the front office staff for assistance. Unfortunately, password information cannot be given out over the phone.
